What is the Curious Creator compass?
At Curious Creator, we are guided by nine foundational values – the 9 Cs – that shape how we explore, create, and lead with purpose. These values are more than ideals, they form a balanced compass that guides all our actions.
At the heart of the compass is Clarity, symbolising focus, purpose, and intentionality. Clarity helps us confidently navigate complexity and stay true to what matters most.
The cardinal values
The compass is built upon four cardinal points representing key forces essential to a fulfilling creative journey:
- Curious (North): Embracing exploration, opening new possibilities and driving innovation.
- Creator (South): Turning inspiration into tangible outcomes through dedicated action.
- Courage (East): Encouraging bold steps, confronting challenges, and stepping into uncertainty.
- Care (West): Prioritising empathy, compassion, and sustainability, nurturing our well-being and that of others.

How is it delivered?

Full-day workshop
An immersive 6-hour session including deep discussions, real-world applications, and actionable strategies. Teams will leave with a sustainable plan for long-term success.
