My journey – from uncertainty to resilience

I know exactly how it feels to doubt yourself as a leader. I’ve been there – trying to fit into the mould of what I thought a “good leader” should be. I took on challenges, pushed my limits, ticked every box, but still felt something was missing.

It was draining to always prove my worth, suppress uncertainties, and appear constantly strong.

Only when I embraced curiosity, self-reflection, and my unique strengths did I discover a way to lead with genuine confidence and openness. True leadership isn’t about being flawless, it’s about being human, authentic, and leveraging your unique qualities.

That’s why I created Curious leadership training – to support leaders in gaining clarity, trusting themselves, and leading authentically, especially in unpredictable times where embracing uncertainty is essential.
