I’m officially on tour – bringing curiosity to leaders and teams

You’ve probably noticed how all the big thought leaders seem to be going on tour lately. Well, I decided it was my turn. But this isn’t your typical tour – this is something very practical and inclusive. It’s a tour of curiosity.
My mission? To meet with leaders and teams, exploring how curiosity can become your greatest leadership superpower.
Why curiosity?
In today’s workplaces, we’re often moving fast – ticking tasks, delivering results, and moving swiftly onto the next challenge. But what I’ve noticed is this: when pressure and uncertainty rise, curiosity tends to fade. Instead, we focus on performance and delivery, sometimes forgetting to look up, ask meaningful questions, and truly explore possibilities.
Yet curiosity is exactly what we need most in these critical moments. It’s the powerful mindset that helps leaders and teams:
- Lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose
- Boost employee engagement and motivation
- Make faster, more effective decisions
- Create smoother, quicker, and more successful change
- Strengthen collaboration, empathy, and unity within teams
What happens when I’m on tour?
In these curiosity sessions, like the one I recently held with a Managing Director in Copenhagen, we dive deeply and practically into your everyday leadership. We explore questions like:
- How can curiosity help us navigate change more smoothly?
- What does a curious team look like day-to-day?
- How can curiosity speed up decision-making without adding complexity?
- How can we sustain a curious culture when things get busy or tough?
These conversations aren’t abstract – they’re real, practical, and tailored specifically to the challenges leaders and teams face every day. Together, we identify habits and strategies to seamlessly weave curiosity into everyday work, turning it into a natural, powerful part of your leadership style.
“Curiosity isn’t a break from the work.
It is the work.”
