Is curiosity the missing piece?

We’re born with it.
But somewhere along the way, we stop being as curious as we could be.

We learn to follow the rules.
To fit in.
To become who we should be –
not always who we are.

And slowly, without even noticing,
we lose touch with ourselves.

We forget what lights us up.
What gives us energy.
What we do effortlessly.
What really matters to us.

From success to stuck

That’s what happened to me.

I was doing well on paper – successful, driven, ticking all the boxes.
But inside, I felt stuck.
Stressed, stretched, and quietly unfulfilled.

I had forgotten to ask:
What do I want? What do I care about? Who am I?

Choosing to live as a Curious Creator

Three years ago, I made a decision.
I chose to live as a Curious Creator.

It wasn’t just a nice phrase – it became a way of being.
A shift in how I saw myself, my work, life.

My mantra became:

I’m a Curious Creator – with care and courage – for a more joyful and purposeful life in unity.

And it changed everything.

I stepped out of the hamster wheel and into real leadership.
The kind where I was fully me
Standing strong in who I am.
Using my uniqueness to the fullest.
Contributing in the best way I can by simply being me.
Letting things flow. Doing what comes naturally.

Asking curious questions

Curiosity helped me take ownership of my life.

Not just in theory – but in practical, everyday ways.
I stopped waiting for permission.
I started asking better questions:

Who am I? What gives me energy? What drains me? What do I do with ease? Where do I need support? What drives me? What really matters?

Bit by bit, I got clearer.
And with clarity came confidence.
With confidence came commitment.
To a life that felt meaningful.
And full of passion.

Not perfect.
But honest.
Energising.
Alive.

A curious way of living

This isn’t a one-off moment. It’s a way of living.

You begin to enjoy each moment –
as a moment of curiosity and creation.
You move towards something that matters.
And you contribute as you go.

A curious life means you keep asking, noticing, learning.
And the more curious you become about yourself,
the more curious you become about others.

Who are they?
What lights them up?
How can we create something even better – together?

Curious of me, others, the world

And what about the products and services we offer?
What’s their purpose? What’s not their purpose?
What problems are we solving? Who are we solving them for?
Who needs to be involved to make this product or idea shine?

The Curious Creator playbook

These kinds of questions became the foundation of the Curious Creator Playbook.
A living tool I now use in coaching, workshops, and transformation work.

Inside the Curious Leaders coaching programme, we use this playbook step by step.
We explore what matters.
We practise curiosity.
And we bring clarity, confidence, and commitment into everyday life and leadership.

And it works.

It changes things –
Not just for the individual.
But for their teams.
For their culture.

You become a role model for curiosity.
You build trust.
You spark innovation.
You create space for real growth, honesty, and connection.

Here’s what others have experienced

Wiveka’s course gave me tools to overcome self-doubt and embrace new opportunities. I’ve found a renewed sense of purpose and clarity.

Mats, Business Analyst

Thanks to Wiveka, our team aligned on vision, goals and stakeholders. She created space for honest dialogue and real progress.

Magnus, Agile Product Owner, Tenco

The event opened my eyes to the power of curiosity. I left energised, with a clearer understanding of my strengths and mindset.

Why a curious culture matters

A curious culture isn’t just good for people – it’s good for business.

It leads to:

  • Engaged, energised employees
  • Stronger collaboration
  • Brave, bold ideas
  • Loyal customers
  • Openness to change
  • Agility
  • Wellbeing that lasts

I’ve mapped it all out – what curiosity leads to.
And I’ve seen it in action.
In individuals, teams, and organisations.

Igniting curiosity.
Practising it.
Living it.

It’s not just a skill.
It’s a superpower.

Let’s explore curiosity together

If you’re curious about what this could look like for you, your team, or your organisation – let’s talk.

Whether you’re just starting to ask the questions, or ready to go deeper, I’d love to explore it with you.

Because real impact starts with curiosity.
And it grows from there.
