What does Tilltufsat mean?
Tilltufsat is a Swedish word that describes something – or someone – who has been through tough times, faced challenges, and come out the other side stronger, wiser, and more resilient. It’s not about being flawless or untouchable – it’s about leading with real experience, self-awareness, and courage.
That’s what Tilltufsat leadership training is about.
It’s for leaders who know that leadership isn’t about having all the answers – it’s about showing up, making space for real conversations, and leading in a way that actually works in the real world.

My journey – from uncertain to a resilient leader
I know what it’s like to feel uncertain as a leader. I’ve been there – trying to fit into the expectations of what a “good leader” should be. I pushed myself, took on challenges, and checked all the boxes. But something felt off.
I often felt like I had to prove my competence, suppress doubts, and stay strong at all costs. It was exhausting.
It wasn’t until I embraced curiosity, self-reflection, and my unique leadership style that I found a way to lead with both confidence and openness. I realised that real leadership isn’t about perfection – it’s about being human and making the most of what makes us unique.
That’s why I created Tilltufsat leadership training – to help others find clarity, trust themselves, and lead in a way that feels true to who they are, in an unpredictable world where learning to make peace with uncertainty is key.
Why Tilltufsat leadership?
Many leadership programs focus on polishing leaders – teaching techniques to appear more confident, more strategic, more in control. But leadership isn’t about pretending – it’s about showing up in a way that’s both genuine and effective.
