What if I miss a live coaching session?
We understand that schedules can be busy, and you might not be able to attend every live session. That’s why every session will be recorded and made available to you for the duration of the 2-week program +2 weeks. This way, you can catch up or revisit the sessions at your convenience, ensuring you don’t miss out on any of the valuable content. The recordings will remain accessible to all participants throughout the entire program, giving you the flexibility to learn at your own pace.
How much time will it take to complete the course?
The time commitment for this course can vary based on your personal pace and depth of engagement. Each live session is designed to last about 1 hour, and the accompanying materials and exercises can take an additional 2-3 hours per week. The content is highly practical, integrating seamlessly into your daily job as a product leader, so it won’t require significant additional time beyond your regular responsibilities.

What is the cancellation and refund policy for this program?
You can cancel your enrolment up to 7 days before the program starts to receive a full refund, minus a 500 SEK administration fee. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation request. Please note that cancellations made less than 7 days before the program starts are not eligible for a refund.
