I didn’t realise there was a better way – until I got curious.
I started asking myself: Who am I as a leader? What do I really value? I realised leadership doesn’t have to feel forced. When I recognised my strengths, values, and passions, it became natural – full of flow, purpose, and even joy. The weight of pretending lifted.
I created this program to help you experience that same shift – to lead with confidence by embracing who you truly are.

This program is designed for curious leaders who are ready to stop trying to fit into someone else’s mould and start leading with confidence, ease, and authenticity. Through curiosity and self-discovery, you’ll uncover your natural leadership style, align with your purpose, and lead the change that feels meaningful to you – without all the struggle and effort of trying to be something you’re not.

What is the structure of the program?
The program includes four 90-minute live group sessions and playbook exercises. You’ll also have access to the Facebook group for asking questions, sharing your journey and joining discussions.
What’s the format of the live sessions?
During the live sessions, participants will be muted, but you can keep your video on and engage through the chat. This allows for active participation while ensuring a smooth and focused session.

What happens if the program schedule changes and I can’t attend?
While we strive to adhere to the planned schedule, occasionally changes may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are committed to communicating any changes as early as possible. If a change affects your ability to attend, we will offer a refund for that particular session. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
How much time will it take to complete the course?
The time commitment for this course is flexible and depends on how deeply you wish to engage. Each live session 90 minutes, but the accompanying materials and exercises can take 2-3 hours per week or even longer if you choose to delve deeper. It’s highly individual how much time you want to spend exploring yourself and gaining clarity. The more you put in, the more you get out.
Will the sessions be recorded?
The live sessions will not be recorded to ensure privacy and create a safe space for all participants.
How do I sign up to this program?

What is the cancellation and refund policy for this program?
You can cancel your enrolment up to 7 days before the program starts to receive a full refund, minus a 50 euro administration fee. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation request. Please note that cancellations made less than 7 days before the program starts are not eligible for a refund. Is there a minimum number of participants?
If fewer than 4 participants sign up for this program, we may need to cancel or postpone the program. In this case, we will inform you in advance and provide options, including a full refund or rescheduling.
Will I have access to the playbook material after the program?
Yes, the playbook material is yours to keep forever. You’ll be able to revisit the exercises and insights at any time to continue your personal growth journey.
Will this program happen again in the future?
