I know this world well. With over 20 years of experience working with digital products – from front-end development to product strategy, team leadership, agile coaching and transformation – I’ve lived the complexity first-hand.
A journey shaped by doing the work
I started in the code – building, testing, breaking, rebuilding. Over time, I stepped into leadership. I led cross-functional teams, shaped strategies, and helped organisations grow through change. From start-ups to global companies, I’ve worked across the full digital product lifecycle – as a designer, strategist, product owner, and transformation partner.
What I’ve seen – and what I keep seeing – is that curiosity is what moves things forward. Not just in products, but in people.
