Hej, I’m Wiveka Göransson – a coach and leader specialising in agile practices, product management, and personal development. I work with curious product leaders and beyond, supporting them on their leadership journeys and helping them to grow and thrive in their roles.
With over 30 years of experience in digital products, I began my career as a front-end developer and have since held a variety of leadership positions. My journey has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by leaders and teams in an ever-changing world.
I have a genuine passion for curiosity – its ability to drive innovation, foster collaboration, provide clarity, and tackle complex challenges in creative ways. Curiosity is at the heart of everything I do, guiding me as I support individuals and teams to explore new possibilities and achieve meaningful progress.
